Born and raised in Orange County, Marlee grew up competing in multiple varsity sports including soccer and track. After her college career, Marlee applied her passion for health wellness to working with professional athletes, including NFL players from the 2019 Combine draft class, professional soccer, and NBA athletes. Marlee started Trident Performance and Recovery as a way to help athletes take care of their bodies so they can prevent injury, build strength, and compete at the top of their game. She stands by the motto, “If you do not make time for your wellness, you will be forced to make time for your illness,” emphasizing how invaluable prevention work is to lead a healthy, long life and career.
