No. I work with athletes, active individuals, and hard-working bodies of all kinds. Whether your physical demands come from training, work, travel, parenting, or everyday life, recovery is for anyone who wants to move and feel better.
Each session is customized to your needs. I use a combination of soft tissue therapy, assisted stretching, mobility work, cupping, and Graston (scraping) to address tension, improve movement, and support overall tissue health.
No two sessions are the same — everything is tailored to your body.
Wear comfortable, flexible clothing such as athletic wear, shorts, or leggings. Loose or stretchy fabrics allow for mobility work and hands-on techniques.
Most clients see results after the first session. However, consistency is key! One session will not fix chronic injury. Always listen to your body and it's needs.
We will discuss a treatment plan based on your initial assessment.
I offer 60-minute and 90-minute sessions.
For new clients or anyone needing full-body recovery, 90 minutes is recommended.
Trident sessions blend recovery methods used in athletic performance and movement therapy. Instead of a “spa-style” massage, sessions focus on improving mobility, reducing tension, enhancing tissue function, and supporting long-term movement quality.
I can help address tightness, discomfort, mobility limitations, and soft tissue restrictions.
However, I do not diagnose injuries. If you are experiencing acute pain or suspect a serious injury, please consult a medical professional first.
